The left column (including the navigation) of the website was completely reorganized subdividing it into multiple frames. Thus specific determinations changing the language by clicking the flags could be implemented more clearly and future maintenance could be eased.
The statistic section including the counter was separated from the section above with the informations considering the last update.
Separating the left column into multiple frames, the counter now was implemented independent from the chosen language. Thus the maintenance of the counter was getting much easier, because no more determination was needed to see if the page call was initiated by a language change only.
